CA Rupinder Kaur is the independent director of our Company. She completed her degree of Bachelor of Commerce from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur in 2005. She is the Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2012. She is also a registered valuer under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. She is running a proprietorship firm in the name of M/s Rupinder Kaur & Co. since March 2017.
She is having an overall working experience of 8 years in the field of Corporate Audits, Income Tax Audits and Business Valuations and has been appointed as Independent Director of our Company in May 2025.
